NHS Being humber

NHS Humber Teaching & Learning Trust were ready to launch its new behavioural standards that celebrate its unique culture, described as simply ‘Being Humber’ and that recognised the unique qualities that make up their Humbelievable team. They came to us to devise the concept and roll out the campaign.

Their culture was described to us as ‘a thread that runs through every part of life at the Trust’. Which combined with the shapes of their Vision Mark we created visually, weaving a thread that links members of the Trust’s 3,000-strong team and landmarks of the region they work in.

The campaign was rolled out across a range of display posters, literature, merchandise (such as notebooks, coffee mugs, pin badges and more), presentation slides and templates. The mixture of a broad roll out and striking, creative visuals has meant the campaign has had an instant impact across the trust.
